WODS are offering a fantastic reduction on tickets for students for their forthcoming show "Our House" this week. The offer is for £9.00 tickets for any students at local secondary schools, colleges or the University of Worcester on production of a student card or similar ID.
The offer is for the performances of Our House on Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th October. The performance starts at 7.30pm and you can buy your tickets on this offer on the night at the Box Office in the Swan Theatre from 6.30pm onwards. If you are accompanied by an adult or non-student, they will need to purchase a full price ticket.
About Our House, the Madness musical...
Based in 1980s Camden Town, the Our House musical tells the story of London lad Joe Casey who, on the night of his sixteenth birthday, takes Sarah, the girl of his dreams, out on their first date. In an effort to impress her with bravado, he breaks into a building site overlooking his home on Casey Street, which is owned by Mister Pressman, a high-end property developer. The police turn up, at which point Joe’s life splits into two: the Good Joe, who stays to help, and Bad Joe, who flees. Featuring a collection of Madness hits including House of Fun, Baggy Trousers, Driving in my Car, It Must Be Love and of course Our House, the show is a huge hit and a very British musical.
